Olive oil
Salt flakes
Grounded black pepper
Reduction of Modena vinegar
DÉVELOPPEMENT
Open the jar of fine leeks and drain the excess of water.
Place the leeks in a plate sprinkle then with some salt flakes and grounded black pepper after dress them with some olive oil and to finish a trickle of Modena vinegar reduction.
